Let's make it short : I am a French man with the soul sitting somewhere in San Francisco and the heart nearby Pau, the feet on the beautiful ground of Champagne and the head in the never-ending roller coaster of High-Tech.
Working since 26 years now, I enjoy being a so-called Fiber Optics pioneer and a Telecoms veteran (not to say a survivor of the Dotcom' crash ;-) at the age of 48 today. The best is still to come !
I'm also proud to be a self-made-man, who got his B.S. at the age of 21 and was responsible for the biggest new product launch in Hewlett-Packard Test & Measurement Organization (aka Agilent Technologies)' history at the age of 41.
My biggest achievement so far : working on the Pau Broadband Country, helping to develop the true lifestyle that goes with ultra-broadband. Putting together optical pipes is one thing. Finding out what truly innovative services to deliver on those is way more challenging and exciting. From creating jobs for disabled people to providing education on virtual worlds, the scope is pretty large. And it makes my days every day.
