Another SocialNetworking/Community/Rating site went live last week : FriendChart. You might guess from the name : it's about rating your friends. The level zero of the Web 2.0 (and Humanity), IMHO. When "BigBrother" meets the Internet.

post-scriptum : I created an account (under my real name, as usual when testing a new site) on FriendChart, because you actually can't browse the site without signing up. A very smart way to get plenty of subscribers, and then go to investors...
